For the population of Vilafranca del Penedès, the programme for the local annual festival is the most eagerly awaited promotional element. The programme is sold in local bookshops and door-to-door by volunteers. It is accompanied by a card bearing the image of the town's patron saint and a gift chosen by the organisers (usually all the items are given out in a jumble). This year the image of the saint was printed on a very large card, the gift was a set of napkins, and the items needed to be easy to story and deliver to local homes. The solution was to create a pack with a simple design that would serve as a practical container for transporting all the material. The pack contained a programme in brochure format, a complete programme of events in book format, the image of the patron saint, the napkins, and extra information leaflets.
